After graduation with a degree in Business Administration from Catawba College, Victor was recruited to work for a Foodlion, Inc. In 1998, he decided that his passion for the area and knowledge of business would best be used in real estate and he obtained his realtor’s license.
Once obtaining his license, Victor became an expert in the real estate profession in Rowan County. He obtained his Broker’s License, then became a certified Broker in Charge and was asked to serve as a Board Member on the Salisbury-Rowan Board of Realtors. As a Board Member, he assisted in rewriting policies for local realtors that would make them more accessible and knowledgeable service professionals, he worked to establish partnerships with other area Multiple Listing Services and worked to bring the local realtors together as a team.
After several years of building his own successful real estate practice in Rowan County, he saw that the community really needed a company that provided superior services to both buyers and sellers of real estate, while representing the area with pride. He attended to that need and opened Select Properties of the Carolinas in 2007. Today, Victor combines his business acumen, love for the Rowan County and care for this community by managing Select Properties while also continuing to work as a real estate agent.
When not providing real estate services, Victor enjoys spending time with his extended family, especially at his lake home, the beach or anywhere near water.

Phone: 704-433-3655Tyler Keryluk- Tyler has travelled and lived all over the country and the world. In his worldly travels, Tyler developed a love for history and architecture. He attended California State University and obtained a degree in illustration and photography, learning how to use those mediums to capture the art and beauty of architecture.
Wherever Tyler travelled and lived he always wanted to return to North Carolina. While living in Hawaii he made a decision that he would return to North Carolina and would find a place to combine his love of architecture and historic design. He decided to move to Salisbury, NC, a place of wonderful architecture and history.
In 2000 he became a Real Estate Appraiser, then in 2003 he furthered his real estate expertise, attended the Mingle Institute and became a Real Estate Broker. Since then he has been a full service Broker, providing services to both buyers and sellers of real estate in Rowan County. He is known for his ability to grant exceptional service and his understanding of client needs.

Phone: 704-433-3778Send Paula a message.Paula Bohland- Paula is a two time graduate of the University of North Carolina, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Social Work.
Prior to obtaining her Realtor’s License, Ms. Bohland operated a consulting company. While working for the company, she assisted individuals as a life coach and provided strategic planning for organizations. After identifying a long-standing passion for history, Paula became a partner in a company that purchases, restores and sells historic homes.
Paula decided to combine her passion for history, real estate and love of assisting persons in finding their dreams. She attended the Mingle School of Real Estate and obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License. She is quite adept at using her skills to assist clients in obtaining their dreams, especially in the areas of investment and home ownership.
In her free time, Paula enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her son, Joe.
